Role Overview :
You will be integral to the planning, execution, and upkeep of the system that underpins financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee tasks, initiatives, and everyday operational enhancements.
- Oversee the use of critical technologies (Kandji, Okta, and Intune) and guarantee SOC2 and GDPR compliance.
- Create and maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Align with business goals and, by cooperation, promote best practices for IT security.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience assisting technical companies with Linux, Mac, and Azure systems
- autonomously resolving issues with IT systems and infrastructure using Terraform, scripting for automation, and APIs
- Proficient in open-source technologies, Git code collaboration (e.g., Github, Github Actions), and system management platforms (e.
g., Jamf, Automox, Intune)
- Proficiency in Agile and Jira project management, coupled with robust change management and communication abilities to effectively communicate procedures and guidelines
- ability to oversee projects from inception to conclusion
