The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the re-construction and restoration of properties damaged by fire, smoke, or water.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a well-established and growing restoration company. Essential Functions :
- Scope and manage construction projects.
- Communicate with property owners and insurance adjusters.
- Project estimating, costing, contracting and quality control.
- Contract services such as drywall repairs, carpet installation and painting.
- Ensure job processes and procedures are followed.
- Manage change orders and project documentation
- Training and development of team members.
- Monitor all projects to completion.
- Maintain equipment and vehicle inventory. Qualifications Requirements
- Effective at monitoring and managing multiple projects. Knowledgeable at project estimating, job costing, contracting and quality control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook®, Excel®, and Word®
- Experience working with property owners and insurance adjusters.
- A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft.
- Must be able to pass a drug test. Bonus Points
- 1 year experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industry.
- IICRC certifications
- Proficient with the Xactimate® estimating software.
- Current relationships with trade subcontractors Compensation : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
