Manager of Finance and Administration

Summary

The Manager of Finance and Administration is responsible for managing the financial health of Along Side Ministries (ASM) and IHS Ministries to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices. Duties will include preparing budgets, paying liabilities, processing program fees, and reviewing financial documents to ensure compliance and to achieve monetary goals. The Manager's administration duties will involve managing activities such as maintaining corporate records, job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, and development.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Finance and Administration is responsible for :

• Managing the financial health of ASM and IHS Ministries, ensuring legal financial practices and compliance.
• Preparing budgets, paying liabilities, processing program fees, and reviewing financial documents to meet monetary goals.
• Managing administrative activities including maintaining corporate records, job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training, and development.
