Urgent Care Physician

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 8;12 Pay Rate : $135.80 - $147.00

This facility is seeking an Urgent Care Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : 3-5 shifts per week. Various shifts
• Patients per day : 50-60 cases for 12 hour shift
• Practice Setting : Urgent Care
• Scope : Standard primary and urgent care
• State Licensure : Active Iowa state medical license, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Board Certification in Family Medicine required.
