Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a home health setting, requiring at least one year of experience and a current OT license if applicable.
Responsibilities
Work in a home health environment with a diverse adult patient populationTypical diagnoses include neurological, cardiopulmonary, orthopedic conditions, diabetes, and general deconditioning1 : 1 patient visits with an average of five visits per 8-hour dayDay shifts, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm with flexible shiftsClinicians utilize a laptop and phone with cellular data for documentation and communicationFirst-time travelers will be considered for the right candidateTiered onboarding process with one-on-one mentoring from a fellow OTSupport available from a rehab supervisor, home health manager, and schedulerUp to 7 days request for time off (RTO) allowed if not around holidaysNo weekend, on-call, or holiday coverage requiredDress code is flexible; scrubs or business casual attire are acceptableParking arrangements vary depending on the patient locationRequirements
