Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Control Analyst to join our team in the DMV area.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Leads the processing of vendor payments for ODC purchases, transactions for travel and per diem expenses, as well as member hours, time, and expenses

Monitor and analyze costs associated with Mission Essential Services Plan (MESP) implementation

Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions to support the MESP

Supervises and mentors subordinate project staff. Report to the Finance Manager IV

Brief project leadership on all aspects of project finance execution in the absence of the Finance Manager. Collaborate and share work with other Program Control Analyst IIIs.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related discipline

Five or more (5+) years of position-specific relevant experience

If a candidate does not have a degree at all, four (4) additional years of experience are required

If a candidate holds an Associates degree rather than a Bachelors degree, two (2) additional years of experience are required

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline. 9 years of position-specific relevant experience

Clearance Requirements :

This role requires an active Top Secret clearance

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.

S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
