Technical / Functional Skills : Creates and qualifies new sales opportunitiesIdentifies new customer needs / business / technology trends for potential offeringsCloses deals through a balanced negotiation on sizing, costing and pricingActions as per the commitments given to clients to ensure Experience CertaintyDesigns the opportunity / bid win strategiesEnsures delivery of value messaging through competitive sales messagingTakes responsibilities of large bids as assigned.
Experience RequiredAcquiring new clients (hunting) and selling IT solutions, Outsourcing, BPO etc.Roles & Responsibilities : Achieves TCV ( $10-15M / Year) & Pipeline Targets ( $100M qualified pipeline) through Demand CreationAchieves targets for realizable revenue commitmentsMaintains high win rate for qualified opportunitiesExceeds minimum approved profitability for bidsConverts target prospects into ClientsAchieves Go-to-Market Offering Campaign targetsPosition Our Client as a Business AdvisorsConducts relevant customer research to understand the prospects / clients organization and its executives in detailsCollaboration & Networking, Corporate Governance & Reporting and Personal Development
