PAY RATE : $15.00
HOURS : 8 hr-shift between 8am 5pm, Monday through Friday. Alternating Saturdays.
Role is remote.
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling incoming calls in a call center type environment from members and providers (handling about 50-70 calls per day)
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services
- Handle and resolve complaints
- Additional duties as assigned
Required :
- High school diploma or GED
- Bilingual- Spanish and English preferred
- Call center experience
