Overview :
The Project Manager (SPM) leads large, high-impact projects, coordinating with a team of Project Managers and working with internal and external resources to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Develop project plans, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including third-party vendors.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Maintain client and stakeholder relationships.
- Report on project status to leadership.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- 5+ years of project management experience, particularly in engineering.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and travel up to 25%.
