\n - OASIS + HCHB EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

\n - Minimum 2 years experience as Home health RN

\n

\nLicense Requirements :

\n-Current RN licensure in state of practice.

\n-Current CPR certification required.

\n-Current Drivers License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
