Seeking an experienced Trust and Estates Attorney to work with one of the area’s Top Law Firms, a distinction achieved by less than 150 of the 40,000 law firms practicing in the Tri-State area.
This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who has experience Trust and Estates planning. The Trust & Estates Attorney is responsible for overseeing a multitude of open estates to ensure timely and complete receipt.
Job Description :
- Represent the firm’s clients in the estate planning process.
- Draft various estate planning and trust administration documents.
- Assist clients with trust funding and provide appropriate advice.
- Manage trust and probate administration case matters and meet deadlines.
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.
- Draft various real estate documents during the transaction process.
Experience you will need :
- 4 or more years of experience in Trust & Estates and Real Estate.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and respond promptly to clients’ needs.
- Ability to write in a clear, concise, and effective manner.
- Excellent verbal communication and advocacy skills.
- Ability to perform quick and reliable research.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Commitment to the legal profession and a teamwork approach.
- Portable Book of Business of $200k or higher.
