Supplemental Health Care is working with a clinic in Martinez, California to hire Nurse Practitioners. For more than 30 years, we’ve specialized in helping nurses find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals.

Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Contract Details :

• $80 $85 an hour*
• 4 hour shift blocks per day
• 9-10 patients on average per 4 hour block
• Supporting staff MA, RN, LVN
• Month to month schedule
• can request locations and preferred shifts
• 10 location site all within a half an hour from each other
• May be asked to float
• Full Timne hours preferred
• ASAP start
• Front office FQHC experience is ideal

Requirements :

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in California
• AHA BLS
• Active DEA
• Front office FQHC experience is ideal
• 2 years experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred
• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel
