About Us : Complete Care is expanding rapidly and is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our dynamic Accounting Department.

Position Summary : The Accounting Manager will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our financial infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with audits, and a proactive approach to process improvement and internal controls, including the development and enhancement of quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.

Prepare complex journal entries, conduct detailed analyses, and perform account reconciliations as part of the monthly close process.

Contribute to the development, review, and analysis of annual operating budgets and performance projections, providing insightful recommendations.

Oversee accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury functions, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.

Conduct thorough internal audits and work closely with external auditors, leveraging experience from previous roles in audit firms.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations and other financial processes.

Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data and reporting.

Meet all financial processing and reporting deadlines, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Respond to information requests, review financial statements, and assist with audits, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Assist the Controller and CFO with strategic financial planning and other duties as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA certification preferred, or actively working towards CPA certification.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong experience working with or within audit firms, with a deep understanding of audit processes and requirements.

Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control processes.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy.

Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity.
