To transform the way millions of users explore, interact with, and participate in live events worldwide, StubHub is seeking Senior Software Engineers to design and develop next-generation technologies and complex features. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of tackling significant, ambiguous, and non-trivial challenges as a core contributor and innovator, bringing creative technical solutions to life. To ensure our company's success, our Senior Software Engineers must demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm for the problems they tackle. About the team :

Our Audience Intelligence crew is a band of data-obsessed engineers, ML specialists, and product thinkers who refuse to settle for fragmented customer signals. Were architecting the unified identity graph and feature platform that gives every team at StubHub a near-real time, 360 view of each fan. That way decisions are powered by facts, not hunches. In short, we turn noisy clickstreams into high-fidelity fuel for personalization at scale.

The challenge were cracking : today, user data is scattered across devices, sessions, and tables. Were building the pipelines, identity resolution, and enrichment layers that stitch it all together, update it in near-real time, and expose it as clean, versioned features any model or campaign can trust. When were done, marketing tech, ranking, and experimentation teams will target with surgical precision instead of a one size fits all experience. Because a message for everyone is a message for no one.

What You'll Do :

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain impactful improvements across all StubHubs platforms and products, resulting in high-quality outcomes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure best practices across our code
• Manage individual initiative priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your technical expertise
• Mentor other team members and help many increase their technical capabilities, fostering a culture of inclusion, results-oriented execution, open innovation, and limitless creativity

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHubs total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.

Salary Range

$200,000 - $275,000 USD
