Hazen and Sawyer is seeking an Engineer to join the HVAC / Plumbing / Fire Protection (H-P-F) group.
The candidate will work within Hazen and Sawyer’s H-P-F Discipline Group and can expect to work closely with experienced Engineers to perform system designs.
The work will focus on municipal water and wastewater projects including planning, preliminary and final designs, and providing engineering services for projects in construction.
It is preferable to have experience in the H-P-F systems related to water and wastewater facilities, although relevant experience in municipal, industrial or commercial buildings and facilities is acceptable.
The candidate should enjoy learning and working within a team environment.
Education and Qualifications :
- Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Ability to communicate well both orally and in writing.
- Two (2) twenty five (25) years of experience in designing heating, ventilating, cooling, plumbing, and / or fire protection systems (design for municipal, commercial, or industrial facilities is preferred).
- A PE license, or plans of obtaining their PE license, is preferred.
- Experience with Revit is preferred.
