Client Implementation Manager
The Client Implementation Manager (CIM) is a critical role within the organization. The company requires leadership in operational project planning and execution for the implementation of new clients as well as ongoing support of existing clients.
The role will also oversee quality of service provided to clients and manage the successful implementation of large-scale commercial projects.
What you will do as a Client Implementation Manager :
Work with appropriate personnel (Vendor Management, OPS, Field OPS) in sourcing plan and purchasing rates with carriers and / or vendors for prospective customers, in tandem with Pricing & Solutions as RFP / RFQ response is developed
Work with Solutions & Pricing when needed to provide operational input / direction for proposal responses. Upon award, Solutions will turn over for implementation with complete SOW and relevant accompanying documents.
From the SOW, an SOP and project plan are created by CIM in partnership with OPS Management, Sales, Customer, Customer Advocate, etc.
Serve as project manager for commercial implementations :
Resourcing (time, capital expenditure, operational expenditure, equipment, etc.) required to complete commercial implementations
Long and short term project management plan creation, defined in collaboration with management
Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to required activities and execute as scheduled
Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
Serve as point of contact for multiple teams involved in any project to ensure alignment and on time completion
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
SOP development
Account onboarding Salesforce process including Conga and DocuSign, to push agreements to customers and facilitate opening new accounts.
Implement in partnership with Customer Advocate, and upon completion turn over fully to Customer Advocate for ongoing support
Assist the Customer Advocate Team in project / action item management for existing customers, onboarding new business, resolving pending issues, etc.
Monitor progress and follow up as needed to ensure completion

Serve as point of contact for multiple teams involved in any project to ensure alignment and on time completion

Key Skills / Abilities :

Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent transportation industry work experience preferred
3+ years experience in equivalent capacity
Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred
Leadership experience preferred
Technical efficiencies in products such as Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint
Pay : $70k to $75k
