Requirements ONLY SUBMIT PROVIDERS WHO CAN COVER ONE OR BOTH SETS OF DATES LISTED. THE SITE WILL NOT ACCEPT PROVIDERS WHO CAN COVER PARTIAL STRETCHES OF DATES.
THE SITE WILL ONLY CONSIDER PROVIDERS WHO HOLD A WA LICENSE.Only bid providers who can cover either or both sets of dates.
