Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. Practical, logical problem-solver with strong numeracy and financial management skills. Experienced in inspiring and managing diverse teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; skilled in Microsoft Project. A proactive, positive leader committed to delivering service excellence and client satisfaction.
Working with a global construction company looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring seamless delivery that aligns with client goals.
This role combines hands-on project leadership with internal business support, offering the opportunity to manage complex projects while contributing to business development, financial management, and team growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead client relationships and guide project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Act as the main liaison with clients, supporting project-related decisions.
- Oversee all phases of a project :
- Preconstruction : build A&E teams, manage design, scheduling, budgets, constructability reviews, contracts, bidding, and permitting.
- Construction : manage contractors through procurement, risk, quality, safety, and execution; maintain cost and schedule control.
- Closeout : oversee project closeout, ensuring specifications and client expectations are met.
- Prepare and deliver cost, schedule, and status reports to keep clients informed.
- Lead and mentor internal project support teams (Project Engineers and Administrators) or work independently as needed.
- Drive collaboration, effective communication, and identify opportunities to add value to every project.
