Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Organizational Change Management to spearhead the creation and execution of our Organizational Change Management (OCM) function.
This high-impact role requires a strategic leader who can develop and implement a comprehensive organizational change management strategy, encompassing all levels of change within our global organization.
While building out this function, the leader will need to both plan and execute plans for select initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth transitions during periods of change, improving employee adoption and usage, and minimizing resistance.
As needs arise, this leader will participate in broader learning & development efforts as a member of the Global Learning & Development Team.
The Senior Manager will also serve as an advisor to the HR and Enterprise Leaders on the impacts of change on our Associates and recommend strategies to reduce any negative impacts.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global OCM strategy aligned with organizational goals. Ensure a structured approach to change management and consistent implementation across all initiatives
- Develop tools to assess change impact on Associates, provide insights to the Executive Staff, and recommend strategies to mitigate negative impacts
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and foster strong relationships for successful change implementation
- Build and lead a high-performing change management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and providing coaching to develop their skills
- Contribute to the Global L&D function by offering expertise and practical ideas, and by designing, developing, delivering, and measuring L&D programs on select initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferred in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field;
Master's degree in business or related field a plus.
- A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in organizational change management, including strategy development and execution.
- A minimum of 5 years experience with learning and development responsibilities
- Proven experience in leading and managing change in complex, multi-faceted, global organizations.
- Demonstrated success in cross-cultural collaboration
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable plans and oversee and participate in implementation.
- Experience in training and developing leaders in change management practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, other) is highly desirable.
