Overview Ready for your next challenge? We are seeking top talent to join the Rollins HR team! As the Corporate Human Resources Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing key HR functions in support of the Rollins corporate office, known as the Rollins Support Center (RSC).

This includes implementing HR plans, policies, and programs to support corporate objectives, all while fostering a positive work environment.

Corporate Headquarters HR Business Partner : Champion change for people leaders and employees as part of an ongoing transformation, elevating and enhancing the employee experience through modernized HR practices.

Proactively execute change and communications plans to activate (and advance) HR initiatives / programs, fostering adoption and utilization.

Project manage to ensure timely, in-scope, and within-budget delivery. Empower, support, and supervise a team responsible for day-to-day team member needs.

Employee Relations : Build relationships with team members at all levels, developing empathy and understanding of day-to-day HR challenges Serve as a trusted advisor to people leaders and employees on HR issues Develop and implement employee relations strategies to foster a positive work environment Assist in resolving conflicts in a professional, thoughtful, and people-first manner Team Member Engagement : Lead the annual employee engagement survey at the enterprise level, serving as the primary contact for the RSC Assist in employee engagement survey design and reporting of insights, strategically informing HR and business objectives Design and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention Talent Management : In partnership with the Talent Management team, support various talent management processes (e.

g., goal setting, performance evaluations, talent reviews, succession planning, and career development planning) Advise people leaders and employees on performance-related matters, including identification of strengths / opportunity areas and drafting of individual development plans Propose and support appropriate interventions to address performance issues Assist in the design and implementation of high potential team member identification and development Training and Development : In partnership with the Leadership Development team, identify / assess training and development needs and develop programs with Learning Department SMEs to address them Coordinate with internal support partners, stakeholders, and various audiences to deliver training sessions on relevant HR topics Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, continuously improving content and delivery as needed HR Compliance and Program Management : Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure legal compliance, providing guidance, interpretation, and escalation as needed Stay abreast of changes in employment legislation to proactively update policies and practices Support processes including the development and actions needed for Affirmative Action Plans Serve as the lead vendor manager and program oversite for company-wide relocation benefits The Benefits Challenging position with a financially stable and reputable company Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity & life insurance 401(k) plan with company match, employee stock purchase plan Employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, dependent scholarship awards Paid Time Off Work Environment : Opportunity for hybrid office and home-based working arrangements once onboarded and trained.

Qualifications The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements) : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field;

Master's degree preferred HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus 7+ years of progressive and relative work experience, preferred in a large publicly traded organization Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a corporate setting Commitment to working onsite at the RSC (corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA) to serve as a visible leader, fostering relationship building and synchronous, in-person collaboration Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Coachability, confident humility, and the eagerness to grow in ones area of expertise Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Excellent written and verbal communication, emotional intelligence, and influencing skills The proven ability to build effective relationships, trust, and credibility at all levels of the organization Ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives Analytical skills with the ability to manage, interpret, and report on HR data, enabling data-driven decision-making Ability to handle multiple inputs, projects and demands concurrently with quality and timely delivery Ability to craft strategic messaging, adopting the tone and voice of the company Ability and willingness to be both a thought partner and executor An openness to pivot as business priorities evolve, committing to a plan while remaining flexible and open to change as needed An enthusiasm for creating impact through HR, translating to a strong bias for action and proactivity The desire to drive continuous improvement, recognizing opportunities to evolve the HR function while proving measured ROI The ability to work across the business, leveraging the right channels at the right time to promote programs and adjusting messaging / approach as needed Physical Demands / Working Environment : We require the ability to pass a drug screen and background checks.
