Qualifications :

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to join the CMC Business Operations team based out of Puyallup, Washington .

Position Responsibilities :

Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and / or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.

Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.

Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.

Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.

Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Puyallup, Washington.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required.

US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :

5+ years of experience with project management

5+ years of experience with cross functional communication and performance reporting

3+ years of experience preparing and presenting succinctly to executives, senior leadership, and external customers

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

Experience with Project Management Tools such as Microsoft Project and Milestones Pro

Experience using (Common Manufacturing Execution System) CMES

Typical Education / Experience :

Mid-Level (Level 3) :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.

g., Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4) :

Education / experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.

g., Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range (Level 3) : $93,500.00 - $101,500.00

Summary pay range (Level 4) : $115,600.00 - $125,000.00
