Join us on our journey of growth and success! We’re currently seeking a highly motivated Cost Estimator located in Denver, CO .

Required Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or a related field or 10+ years of cost estimating experience will be considered in lieu of education requirements Required Qualifications : In order to become a candidate, you must possess the following skills and abilities.

10+ years of estimating experience. Bid evaluation and negotiation experience. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.

Vertical construction experience. Occupied renovation experience. CM / GC Contract experience Responsibilities : Review CM / GC subcontract pricing and recommendation throughout the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) process.

Review and validate CM / GC change requests. Develop independent cost estimates as needed. Maintain organized and detailed files, project records and logs.

Attend project meetings as required. Salary : Salary to commensurate based on experience Bonus Pay : A bonus may be granted to employees depending on individual performance, employee utilization, attendance, tenure, and furtherance of other non-financial corporate goals;
