Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custom Home Builder Superintendent to join our team in San Diego. As a custom home builder, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service to our clients.
We are looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for creating beautiful, custom homes and has the expertise to oversee the construction process from start to finish.
Position : Custom Home Builder Superintendent
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of custom home construction projects.
- Manage the construction schedule, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Communicate with clients, providing regular updates on the progress of their custom home projects.
- Resolve any construction-related issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to custom home construction.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Custom Home Builder Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of custom home construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
