We are seeking a skilled and innovative BI Analyst to join our growing team. As a BI Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust data solutions that meet the organization's business needs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data architecture, database development, and a passion for creating scalable and efficient data solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of daily production reports
• Create and maintain spreadsheets with advanced functions in MS Excel, pivot tables, and data transformation with Power Query
• Develop dashboards of performance, productivity, and revenue tracking
• Ensure that all data is captured accurately, and integrity of the data is maintained to the highest standard
• Develop end-to-end data solutions : Data ingestion, processing, and reporting with continuous data integration
• Ensure that all dataflows and databases are running correctly and refreshing data on time
• Optimize data ingestion queries
• Develop data solution applications on the Microsoft platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Azure Virtual Machines, Data Factory, Synapsis, SQL Server, Blob Storage)

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Microsoft Fabric
• Proficiency with data modelling and database management
• Working experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Dataflow, Datamart, and Power Query
• Familiarity with Python and SQL
• Familiarity with a broad range of ETL tools to assist in the extraction and normalization
• Familiarity with continuous data integration and data processing solutions
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com API and data export from the GUI
• Ability to multitask and work with global cross-functional teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to exercise high-level confidentiality with sensitive data
• Possess a friendly and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Nice To Have Skills

• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Understanding of data governance and compliance principles
• Certification in relevant technologies or platforms
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Nifi)
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications in data solutions
