Job Requirements :
- Prior experience working in school settings (teaching or related experience)
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field preferred
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong collaboration skills with colleagues, parents, and administrators
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute specialized instruction tailored to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities
- Implement and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to ensure student progress
- Collaborate with school staff to create inclusive learning environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices
