Description

My client is looking for an experienced Superintendent II with a strong background in multifamily construction projects, particularly with top-tier ENR general contractors, for a role in Charlotte.

Superintendent II - Top Multifamily ENR GC - Charlotte will be responsible for :

Weekly meetings and daily communications with subcontractors to monitor project progress, manage schedules, address changes, and handle deliveries.

Oversee the project site until completion.

• Identify and address design issues, scheduling problems, and other project-specific challenges proactively.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Prime Contract, all subcontracts, project drawings, and specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the site consistently adheres to or surpasses OSHA standards.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal records.
• Engage daily with owners, tenant representatives, construction managers, other superintendents, and project coordinators to ensure project goals are met.

Profile

Superintendent II - Top Multifamily ENR GC - Charlotte should have :

• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Proven experience managing multifamily or commercial projects valued between $30M and $50M+.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore.
• Strong communication skills and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
