Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals dealing with mental health and psychiatric conditions. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery.\n\nResponsibilities : \nPerform comprehensive assessments of patients' mental and physical health status.^Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.^Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.^Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.^Monitor and document patient behaviors, symptoms, and progress.^Respond effectively to psychiatric emergencies using de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention.^Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and mental health conditions.^Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
