Our AmLaw clients are looking for a Corporate Associate Attorney to join their Life Sciences team. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact transactions with biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical device clients navigating complex corporate challenges.

Responsibilities :
- Counsel life sciences companies on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and licensing deals.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements specific to the life sciences sector, such as collaboration and supply contracts.
- Guide clients from early-stage startups to established industry leaders through equity financing rounds and public offerings.
- Advise on regulatory compliance and strategic business considerations within the life sciences landscape.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including IP and regulatory specialists, to support client objectives.
Qualifications :
- JD degree and active bar membership in good standing.
- 3-6 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to life sciences or technology sectors.
- AmLaw experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in M&A, securities law, and venture capital transactions.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently with both clients and team members in fast-paced environments.
