We are growing our team in the areas of Tech Strategy , Service Design, and Business Analysis . The ideal candidate will be a skilled, hands-on consultant with demonstrable experience of delivering value and significant impact to businesses of different scale and scope.

Agency / Management Consulting background is hiring preferred.

• You are the vital bridge to ensure that the experiences the team is creating remain mindful of the business value, and the metrics needed to show the impact of experience in service design.
• You love creating and executing improvement plans adapted to the client environment
• You are able to be on projects independently, contribute as a team member, and / or lead teams of consultants and / or clients to successful project delivery

What You'll Bring :

• 5+ years solving complex client problems.
• Prior management consulting / Agency experience in a project-based, client-facing environment; ideally across multiple industries.
• Plan, execute, and analyze field research (stakeholder & user interviews), articulate user needs, observations, and existing workflows / documentation.
• Synthesize data and translate observations and insights into transformational ideas for new, innovative solutions.
• Take strategy through to execution with a human-centered approach, collaborating across Slalom's capabilities to deliver meaningful impact
• Develop innovative experiences that help our clients connect with their customers and users
• Craft and articulate compelling stories through the power of visualization
• Monitor the competitive landscape and adjacent industries for relevant insights, trends, and innovations to inform new ideas
• Service Design experience is highly preferred.
