Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, ensuring efficient and timely resolutions.
  • Conduct routine system inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently and maintain service schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating system issues and solutions to clients.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during installations and repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used in company databases.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the heating and air conditioning industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • HVAC certification or relevant trade accreditation is preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
