Hiring CNA - 40hrs/wk Mon-Fri

Description of the Role :

Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently hiring a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our senior clients. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities :

• Embody our core values of compassion, honesty, and reliability at all times.
• Deliver daily care and assistance to our senior clients in the comfort of their own homes.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Monitor clients' health and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain and enhance clients' safety and well-being.
• Accurately document all services provided.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Attend training and educational sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with other caregivers and team members to ensure the highest level of care for our clients.

Requirements :

• Hold a valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Prior experience working with seniors or in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Demonstrate effective and compassionate communication skills with clients and their families.
• Possess strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Physical ability to perform all required tasks, including the lifting and transferring of clients.

Compensation & Benefits :

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $20 to $22, commensurate with experience. You will receive weekly pay and have opportunities for career development and growth within our franchise.
