JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Provide supply chain & analytical expertise / leadership (no direct reports) to the Supply Chain Excellence team. Help develop the future IBP advance planning solutions as well as analytics using Power Query, Power BI, Snowflake and RPA’s.

Help put together metrics decks and help lead various meetings based on manual data pulls and in Excel as needed. Also help establish best in class Supply Chain processes.

Provide technical training and support to increase the team’s supply chain knowledge and analytical capability.

JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS

Sales and Operations Planning

  • Recognized as an expert in supply chain processes and analytics.
  • Work cross-functionally to transform existing business processes and create new best in class global planning & analytics processes.
  • Coach and train other supply chain staff in supply chain analytics topics.
  • Help roll out IBP advanced planning and S / 4 ERP technology solutions.
  • Help architect the data structure in Snowflake to enable deployment of reporting in PowerBI, SAC, Fiori, Excel, etc.

Analytics / Metrics

  • Working with IT and other stakeholders, develop and deploy analytical tools and custom models to observe, progress, uncover insights in the data and automate analysis.
  • Provide in-depth analyses and insights for strategic and business initiatives.
  • Utilize and update business intelligence tools, systems, spreadsheets or outputs.
  • Drive data initiatives cross-functionally and support the rollout of new tools.
  • Support preprocessing of structured and unstructured data, analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.

Master Data / ERP (IT)

  • Configure and maintain background process and master data tables in various programs.
  • Support definition and implementation of new business processes that will be used within the supply chain.
  • Train new hires and provide support to material master settings and the corresponding effects.

Projects / Continuous Improvement / Communication

  • Lead technical and analytical projects and CI initiatives.
  • Continuously work to streamline processes, develop data tools, enhance reporting, and suggest improvements to improve efficiencies.
  • Provide presentations and reports supporting business initiatives.
  • Support definition and implementation of new business processes.

Other

  • Operate independently with limited oversight from manager.
  • Help define what needs to be done and then deliver results.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel (Power Query, BW / AFO, macros).
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI & Snowflake (data consolidation, visualization).
  • Deep understanding of MRP / ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Working experience with IBP advanced planning tools (SAP IBP, etc.).
  • Experience working for a manufacturing company / within a manufacturing environment.

Education, Certification / License & Work Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
  • Power Query, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL (preferred).
  • CPIM or CSCP certification (preferred).
  • Green Belt or Black Belt in Six Sigma (preferred).

Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Total Rewards Package :

Compensation

  • Base : $90,000 to $117,000 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
  • Bonus : This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
