This is a fulltime role as an OperationsManager. The operations manager will oversee daily operationsincluding maintaining quality gross profit margin inventory andproject smoothness to ensure a fivestar customer experience.
Themanager will need to have strong leadership skills and be able tomanage a team of approximately 15 employees plus subcontractors.
This role requires a knowledge of the construction trades. Thisrole will be in Fairview Heights IL with time in the field forconflict resolution quality control and training asneeded.
