Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates in process, giving them information about UWM, onboarding agenda, dress code, parking etc.
for a successful first day experience.
- Greet our New Hires while in training in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner while beginning New Hire Experience training.
- Ensuring completion of onboarding documentation for administrative compliance when onboarding candidates.
- Auditing outreach communication for outstanding documentation.
- Partner with Recruiters and Corporate Training team on candidate integration process.
Qualifications
- Vibrant personality and a desire to be a team player.
- Experience on the phones with clients either from UWM or previous work experience.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and non-verbally.
- Excellent organization and client service skills.
