Achieve at Home Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking PRN *Occupational Therapists *that are interested in providing exceptional Occupational Therapy care in the comfort of the patient’s home.

Occupational Therapists must have an *active OT license. NO TEMPORARY LICENSES ACCEPTED.* This opportunity allows you to customize the job to meet your needs by creating your own hours, location, and patient load based on your preferences.

• Qualifications : *
• Active NY OT License*
• Hands on CPR certification*
• Current TB / PPD*
• Responsibilities Include : *
• Provide services that help improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering from diseases or injuries.*
• Record patient responses to treatments and reports outcomes of treatment through proper documentation*
• Establishing relationships with your patients to keep them engaged and positive about their treatment*
• Provide guidance to family members and home health aides*
• Conducting yourself in a kind, courteous and professional manner to all patients, family members, home health aides, and anyone else involved in caring for the patient*
• Keeping a positive, teamwork approach*
