Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Serve as the primary content lead for client discussions, developing and delivering strategic recommendations for custom content and media opportunities; cultivate and evaluate innovative partnerships, platforms, and technologies to align with client goals; oversee development of comprehensive content strategies; implement measurement frameworks in collaboration with Marketing Sciences to assess program ROI and drive continuous improvement.
Execution & Oversight : Oversee the execution of all custom content programs; act as primary point of contact for senior-level client stakeholders; translate complex deals into actionable legal agreements with internal legal teams; direct multi-platform distribution plans; partner with internal and external teams to optimize program performance across linear TV, digital, social, and emerging platforms.
Team Leadership & Development : Manage and mentor a team of content professionals; collaborate with the Executive Director and other Director to align resources; promote collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the Content team.
Requirements Experience : 7+ years in content marketing, integrated partnerships, or strategic partnership development, with a background in media and success leading multi-platform programs.
Leadership : Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
Strategic Thinking : Strong analytical and planning skills; ability to align business objectives with innovative solutions.
Communication : Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Project Management : Ability to manage complex workflows, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.
Organization : Ability to manage multiple complex projects and workflows with timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Client Management : Track record of building and maintaining senior-level client relationships.
Expertise : Deep understanding of marketing channels including digital, paid social, and experiential marketing.
Innovation : Identifying and assessing emerging platforms and technologies to drive client success.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, media, or related field preferred.
Flexibility : Ability to travel and work outside standard hours as needed.
Compensation and Benefits This role offers a pay range of $2,500—$3,000 USD and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), flexible spending accounts, vacation, sick, personal days, paid parental and medical leave, and STD / LTD insurance. Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. The company reserves the right to modify this pay range.
Note : This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office. Two days may be remote. In-office days may be adjusted over time based on business needs.
