Adelphiis seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provideservices in schools in Providence Rhode Island. The BCBA willsupervise the daily operations of programs offered to students withbehavioral needs.
The ideal candidate will possess an active RhodeIsland license be board certified and have a minimum of a master sdegree in behavior analysis education or psychology from anaccredited institution.

Responsibilities :
Oversee and coordinate the development of behavior interventionplans and instructional programs for students in both generaleducation and specializedsettings.
Design and supervise the implementation of behavioral programsincluding data analysis curriculum modifications and instructionalstrategies.
Work with IEP team members to develop goals interpret assessmentdata guide evaluations and provide expertinput.
Conduct training sessions for teachers teacher assistants andsupport staff in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and otherbehaviorbasedmethodologies.
Serve as a member of the school districts CPI (Crisis PreventionInstitute) team and become a certified CPIinstructor.
Ensure continuity of services during the extended school year bycollaborating with teachers and overseeing programimplementation.
Supervise data collection monitor student progress and useassessment tools to adjust interventions asneeded.
Act as a liaison between the evaluation team parents and teachersproviding updates and recommendations for student behaviorplans.
Travel to various school sites maintain regular contact withclassroom teachers and provide ongoingguidance.
Other duties as assigned by theadministration.
