Travel Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg (Medical-Surgical) - Lafayette, Indiana - 903059

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Medical Surgical AC5 48's

Shift : Nights, 6p-6 : 30a, 12x4, 48hrs per week, will accept 36hrs, EOW

Length : 13 weeks

First Time Travelers Accepted

Floating required

Staffing Ratios : 1 : 5-6

Other Details :

First Time Travelers Accepted

Shift Requirements : 3x12 or 4x12 Nights

Every other weekend

Will work with RN to balance preference and unit needs

Certification Requirements : BCLS, NIH required. ACLS preferred

Skillset Requirements : Med / Surg, pre / post neuro surgery, total joint replacements, Trauma Level I, II, III, or IV, IV Start required.

Ortho trauma, & interpretation / management of dysrhythmias preferred

Floating Requirements : Yes

Staffing Ratios : 1 : 5-6

Minimum Experience Required : 18 months

Unit Information : Orthopedic, GYN, Urology, Neurosurgery, Medical patients

Total Joint Replacements

Continuous Bladder Irrigation

Hysterectomy

Chest Tubes

Neurosurgery

ENT Surgery

All Bone Fractures

All medical diagnosis (COPD, Pneumonia, UTI, Cellulitis, COVID, Small Bowel Obstruction, etc.).

Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline) : Unknown

Unit : AC5 Ortho / Neuro
