Responsibilities
- Right-of-Way Acquisition :
- Assist in negotiating and acquiring land rights necessary for pipeline construction and maintenance projects.
- Project Support :
- Provide general support to land management projects, including coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.
- Third-Party Vendor Management :
- Ensure vendors meet project timelines, budget requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate vendor activities and facilitate effective communication between the company and vendors.
- Document Preparation :
- Review and manage documentation related to land agreements, easements, and contracts.
- Ensure all documents are accurately recorded and filed in the land management system.
- Data Management :
- Maintain and update records of land transactions and project statuses using our land management database.
- Generate reports and summaries as needed for project tracking and management reviews.
- Field Visits :
- Participate in site visits to understand the aspects of land parcels and the project and assist in due diligence activities.
- Research and Analysis :
- Conduct research on land titles, deeds, and property ownership to support project planning and execution.
Basic Qualifications
Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university in Business or Real Estate.
Cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
Must not graduate prior to August 2025
Working Conditions :
Hybrid mobility classification - work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations. In office 2-3 days per week.
Housing stipend available when applicable
Many of our opportunities require a 40-hour work week.
Internship summer session length is 10-12 weeks
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment
