CNC Programmer / Machinist
Direct Hire opportunity - Cleveland, Ohio west side suburb
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Machine shop experience in Manufacturing
- Setup and operating CNC mill and lathe experience with Haas VF-6, Haas VF-2, Haas Mini Mill & Okuma LU300
- Keen attention to detail; Ability to change tasks easily
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints
- Ability to effectively solve problems
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Completed coursework and / or apprenticeship in Machining
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds consistently
- On occasion, lifting and weight exceeding 50 pounds may be required
- Must be able to operate in all areas of the Plant
- CNC programming : 3 years (Required)

Responsibilities
- The CNC Machinist is responsible for Programming, Setup and Operation of the CNC mill and lathe to meet the production goal established in a safe way complying with all company safety policies and ensuring that all products manufactured meet customer specifications and achieve superior quality and performance standards
- Read & interpret technical blueprints and design models
- Determine proper tools required to cut materials and program accordingly
- Oversee the CNC machines while they run and make necessary changes to produce desired results
- Inspection of parts to maintain quality with correct inspection tools
- Efficiently program, setup, and operate CNC mill and lathe equipment
- Edit G and M Codes and ability to read calipers, tape measures & other inspection tools at the machine
- Maintain machinery daily to ensure proper functionality
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
3-5 years of Programming Autodesk Fusion 360 software a plus
3-5 years of Machine shop experience in Manufacturing
Setup and operating CNC mill and lathe experience with Haas VF-6, Haas VF-2, Haas Mini Mill & Okuma LU300
