Micro Tech is seeking Sewing Operators & Stitchers for a Contract to Hire, Full Time opportunity within a well-established manufacturing company.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual looking for a company with growth potential and vast room for internal advancement! Hours are Monday through Friday; 7 : 00AM-3 : 30PM.
Job Duties :
- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew fabric pieces together according to specific product requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects, such as uneven seams, loose threads or faulty stitching
- Measure and cut fabric pieces accurately ensuring proper alignment and adherence to size specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to correct any issues
Requirements :
- Proven experience as an industrial sewing operator in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of sewing techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
