About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $2173 To $2414 Job Title : Speech and Language Pathologist Job Specialty : Home Health Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in Home Care as a Speech and Language Pathologist License : Massachusetts Speech and Language Pathologist License required Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association;
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; Clinical Fellow candidates accepted Must-Have : Valid Driver License- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Knowledge and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment, including language / communication aids, devices, and wheelchairs- Own vehicle for travel Job Description : Provide speech therapy services to clients.
- Primary function includes direct patient care.- Collaborate with team members.- Participate in developing comprehensive plans of care for patients.
- Comply with mandatory COVID-19 vaccination requirements or have an approved exemption.- Candidates will need to wear a mask at all times while onsite if exempt from the vaccination.
- Interview availability must include specific dates / times. Additional Requirements : Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility.
- Provide work history, a skills checklist related to the position, one supervisory-signed reference from the past two years, and all licenses / certifications during the application process.
- Weekend work may be required every 4-6 weekends, with potential holiday coverage. - Non-billable orientation of 8 hours is required.
