We are seeking a driven FP&A Analyst to support key financial planning and analysis activities within our rapidly growing organization.

This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting who is eager to make an early impact.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, particularly using tools like NetSuite and Oracle PBCS.

Candidates transitioning out of Investment Banking looking for a high visibility position with a PE backed company or candidates coming from a high growth company in an FP&A capacity would likely find this job most rewarding.

This company has over 160 brands and offers exposure to M&A.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the development and management of the annual operating plan, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting processes.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Conduct variance analysis to spot trends, risks, and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect relevant data and insights for financial analysis.
  • Provide financial analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in due diligence efforts for acquisitions.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed.

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or finance-related roles.
  • An MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with financial ERPs or systems (experience with NetSuite or Oracle PBCS is a plus).
