Job Summary : As a Tax Manager with Saville CPAs & Advisors, you will be integral in providing strategic tax planning and advisory solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. From entrepreneurs and high-net-worth families to complex businesses and corporations, Saville offers expertise to clients across various industries. Your leadership skills, technical proficiency, and compliance with industry regulations will prove essential in meeting crucial deadlines while delivering immense value to our clients.

Hours Required : 40 – 60 hours per week; Weekly expectations are dependent upon time of year and departmental workflow requirements. Our Tax Managers generally work about 10% overtime annually.

Responsibilities & Duties :

• Maintain and build strong client relationships by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the client’s business
• Work closely with clients to meet expectations and ensure that deadlines are met
• Develop, implement, and oversee tax plans for individuals and businesses
• Manage client accounts, including billing, fee analysis, and collections
• Lead, train, mentor, and assess the performance of tax staff on projects
• Coordinate with other managers to ensure proper deployment of tax staff
• Recognize problems, assess alternatives, and recommend solutions
• Review all work before submission to Tax Partner
• Know and understand the firm’s policies and procedures
• Possess a working knowledge of firm technology and time and billing software
