Summary Poosh, LLC. is seeking an outstanding Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about wellness, clean beauty products, social media trends, and digital media.

The Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing our social media strategy, owning the Poosh social media channels, creating and posting on all platforms.

Key Responsibilities Own the creation and implementation of a monthly social media calendar, which includes editorial features, sales initiatives, influencer content, events, and brand partnerships.

Oversee day-to-day management of social media accounts, including content creation, generating captions, music selection, basic graphic design and video editing.

Assign and oversee projects working with a graphic designer and TikTok video editor. Lead community management, including the interaction between social media audiences on all platforms to create engagement and ensure a positive experience.

Create a consistent brand voice and deliver photo and video assets that align with brand aesthetics. Act as a copywriter for all social media captions and text overlays.

Collaborate cross-functionally with brand partnerships, editorial, e-commerce, and marketing teams. Create social assets in real time to stay on top of trending topics.

Monitor and share analytics reports using social media listening and analytics tools. Maintain knowledge of the social media landscape and stay informed on all digital trends.

Recruit and manage social media interns. Occasional travel to cover events and capture social media content. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 2-4 year’s experience working at an editorial site or brand in social media Proven expert storyteller Advanced knowledge and understanding of social, digital, and new media platforms Expert in copywriting captions specific to social media Exceptional writing and fact-checking skills Proven track record of growing engagement on social media channels Experience developing Reels, styling social media photo shoots, and concepting TikTok videos Excellent project management and organizational skills Strong competency in social reporting tools with a demonstrated ability to turn analytics into actionable insights and strategies Fluency in current wellness news and beauty trends Ability to work weekends to manage social media posting and community management.
