Job Title : Senior HVAC / Plumbing Project Manager

This role demands a leader who can oversee HVAC and plumbing projects from the ground up, ensuring they are executed with precision, efficiency, and adherence to the highest standards of quality.
Top Responsibilities :
- Direct all phases of project management, from conceptualization and proposal delivery to execution, aligning with client needs and organizational goals.
- Optimize the allocation of field labor and schedule management to ensure project milestones are met while maintaining quality.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, expense control, and invoicing, to ensure financial targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project team members, fostering an environment of professional growth and excellence.
Essential Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or Construction Management.
- At least 8 years of leadership experience in HVAC and plumbing projects, demonstrating a capacity to handle large-scale commercial ventures.
- Demonstrated long-term commitment to the construction industry, preferably with experience in the Honolulu market.
- Proven success in managing complex commercial projects, with a knack for overcoming project challenges.
- Deep understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring technical compliance and quality standards are met.
