Document control of technical manufacturing documents and reports.

Bills of Materials, document control and change overs / conversions as well as manufacturing tracking reports, shipping schedules etc for the production floor, revisions from engineering and rejections from Quality.

Assist in the creation and editing of technical forms for Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service, following established style and version control guidelines.

Develop graphics, illustrations, diagrams, charts, and other visual elements to enhance technical and marketing assets.

Software and Tools :

Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel, SolidWorks, SolidWorks Composer, and Adobe Creative Suite to assist in the creation and editing of technical documentation and marketing materials.

Stay updated with new tools and technologies relevant to the role.

Manufacturing, steel fabrication and / or structural steel experience required. Excel and ERP expertise required.

• Required :
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with technical writing and editing principles.
• Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred :

• Experience with technical documentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, SolidWorks Composer).
• Experience in a technical or engineering environment.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience in creating technical graphics and animations.
