What You Will Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing construction projects and ensuring they are completed according to schedule and budget, along with following company guidelines and KPIs.
This will include overseeing the projects from initiation to completion. Experience working with concrete and / or glass installation, as well as MITIGATION / INSURANCE projects is a PLUS!
You should have excellent budgeting skills, be highly organized and pay attention to detail to ensure schedules are aligned and projects are operating smoothly.
You should have strong communications skills and be comfortable with day-to-day operations of liaising with architects, engineers and electricians, ordering & managing materials to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope, and implementing quality control / safety measures.
You should be proficient in reading blue prints, have solid skills in Excel and Procore, and preferably have either a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and / or at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
