Supply Chain Planning Transformation Manager

What will you do?

  • Project manager specializing in E2E supply chain planning knowledge areas (SIOP / Demand Planning / Downstream Planning / Upstream Planning / Supply & Inventory / Replenishment)
  • Coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
  • Data analysis to assess supply / demand risks and coordinate action plans to mitigate said risks.
  • Supports NAM MTO / MTS plants in inter-plant, cross regional upstream escalations and recovery planning
  • Responsible for leading transformation projects IG upstream management, demand signal, and forecasting
  • Supports inter-plant allocation when supply does not meet regional demand.
  • Monitors and reports IG upstream performance, forecast accuracy and uses data to drive actions
  • Supports cross regional industrial strategy and deployment projects to ensure proper planning and execution

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related discipline required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain strategies or networks that address supply / demand gaps in support of business goals.
  • Communication and leadership skills required
  • Strong data analytics and experience working across multiple digital platforms
