About Us : Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing company. As they continue to expand their operations, we are assisting them in the search for a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their financial management.
Job Overview : We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounting Manager to oversee our client's financial operations and ensure the integrity of their financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Continuously assess and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate and lead financial audits, working closely with external auditors.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is a plus.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management roles.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
